Could you tell us a little about yourself?

I'm an orthopedics and traumatology specialist. After completing my residency in 2016, I started working at a private hospital. I've been working in this field for about 7-8 years. Why America? What makes you choose America over other countries?

When I considered working abroad, I also considered countries like Germany. Germany generally has a very strong healthcare infrastructure in the medical field, but I thought I didn't speak German, and learning the language was challenging. I also considered the UK, but its social structure and work environment didn't appeal to me.

The US, however, offered a much broader range of opportunities. It offered both greater opportunities for career advancement and a more favorable standard of living. The opportunities in the medical field and the faster access patients have to healthcare made the US particularly appealing. I also observed that anything you do in the medical field is accepted more quickly in the US, and you have access to more new technologies. These factors were the most important reasons for choosing the US.

How Did You Learn About the EB-2 NIW Visa and How Did Your Application Process Progress?

I actually learned about the EB-2 NIW visa completely by chance. A friend of mine had applied for this visa to travel to the United States, and while talking about his process, I began to learn more about this type of visa. This process can take a few weeks on average, but generally, after submitting the application, the approval process takes approximately four to five months. This was a quick process, and everything is progressing as planned.
